So we had a strange though flattering occurrence between this week and last. A new client who saw our advert and catalogue required a number of NSSA Compliant First Aid Kits. Our catalogue is detailed with a list of contents. Our client couldn't believe the price. They required these a week ago but the order finally came this week. They wanted a sample, yes a sample after the catalogue with contents list, pictures and the NSSA document. We had never been asked for a sample for a First Aid Kit before and that's the strange part. They thought price was too good to be true, added to that a free delivery and that was the flattering part. When we delivered the order a message followed thanking us for the order delivered on time and everything exactly as ordered. Now that just inspires us to find more ways to please our clients. We've also had clients not sure what to buy and if we were only motivated by money obviously it's the most expensive kit we'd recommend they buy. We always take time asking about where the kit is needed and explaining which kit is ideal such that one may come wanting a $100 kit and end up buying a $55 kit. In a bid to ensure our clients' unique needs are met we also go out of our way to outsource or get some equipment manufactured to their specific needs and designs.That has earned us a permanent supplier place with some mines who require a specific type of stretcher that's no longer in the market. We are not afraid or hesitant to take on a challenge when it comes to client satisfaction. Honesty and integrity are values we will never compromise for money.
