It has always been a passion of mine to see men heal from all kinds of mental and emotional health issues. Men struggle to find safe spaces to deal with stuff because society makes it hard for us to do that. We are told to keep it together, to man up, to be 'strong'. True strength is facing and dealing with issues first and foremost for ourselves and for our women and children. I struggled to find safe spaces when I was suicidal. That's how i birthed the idea of NANI (better) MEN.

NANI MEN is a community of men that are committed to be mentally and emotionally well. These men come together regularly to talk about the issues they face that affect their mental and emotional health from finances, addictions, depression, anxiety, s*x, relationships and so on. These men love and support each other. They check up on each other and they share wisdom on doing life. These men are passionate lovers, present fathers, hardworking employees and business people and most importantly they are in touch with their emotions.

Allow me to introdue NANI MEN!! Please invite all the men you know to be a part of this community of soldiers and brothers.
