This training is open to complete beginners, energy sensitive individuals, yoga teachers, therapists, coaches, bodyworkers, space holders and wellness practitioners who feel called to bring Reiki into their personal or professional path.

Join us at Keyani for a 9 month long program spread over 9 weekends brought to you by The Dot and led by Abdul Hayy L. Holdijk that will be an inter-disciplinary exploration of self, soul, heart and spirit, covering a number of different topics in order to understand how we can “grow up and wake up”. Topics will include perceptions, awareness, alternative medicine, Epigenetics, Shadow Work, Astrological Typologies, social & cultural conformity, the role of death and much more.

The course will include lecture formats, workshops, interactive sessions, self-reflective exercises, journal writing, movies and readings. It will also include a regular Chi Kung exercise class at the beginning of every day, so loose clothing will be the most comfortable.

Abdul Hay Lammert Holdijk is a Holistic Health Consultant whose academic career has spanned 40 years in the Middle East. During that period, he developed two courses that have been great successes, “Who Am I?: Self and Conscious Across the Disciplines”, and “Integral Living”.

These two courses attempt to address the particular ‘blind spots’ that we have as biological, psychological, social & spiritual beings. He believes that no change in consciousness can take place unless an awareness of these obstacles to our own development are addressed.
