Dehydration can slow bowel movements, leading to constipation, hard stools, loss of appetite, nausea, or vomiting. Too much coffee and fizzy drinks may also worsen stomach irritation and dehydration.
Stay hydrated, eat light meals, and limit caffeine and carbonated drinks.
