Let's be honest... life gets busy.Using a ready-made meal doesn't mean you've "failed" your nutrition plan. In many cases, it's a much better option than skipping meals altogether or grabbing fast food because you're short on time.
We often recommend having a few meals in the fridge or freezer for those hectic days when life gets in the way. Having a backup plan is one of the easiest ways to stay on track with your goals.
