Try using a simple, repetitive song before or during meals. Predictable rhythm and repetition can help transitions feel calmer and more familiar, especially for children who find mealtimes difficult or overwhelming.

Nikita and Natalie delivered some Shake It Up! sessions to the 4-year olds at Emali Underdale! The kids loved Open Shut Them and then doing a silly version - which was targeting their cognitive skills! Thanks for having us!

Natalie, Sami & Rina returned to Northgate Early Learning to deliver a Music and Child Development Capacity Building Workshop! The workshop was with their 3- and 4-year old kindy teachers, who had both just completed a 10-week Shake It Up! Music Therapy program with their respective preschool rooms. It was awesome to hear how they have learnt to integrate music across the day and their feedback was that they were excited consolidate all their learning at the workshop and use music with more knowledge about how it supports child development. Thank you Northgate Early Learning for having us!

Appointment reminders are meant to make life easier, and they usually do, right up until you’re trying to find that one important detail while standing in a carpark.

Quick tip: when you get your reminder, have a fast scan for anything practical like entry instructions, parking notes, or gate access info. If it’s there, it’ll save you time later, if not, it's ok too, take your time, we'll be ready when you are!

A quick service snapshot: we do travel when it’s the right fit for the goals and the setting.

Sometimes the most useful work happens in the places people already spend their day: kindy, school, home, or community spaces.
Sometimes clinic is best.
