A person who is a Healer, Mentor, Friend and Spiritual Guide.

I’m Colette, an Access Bars Facilitator/Practitioner, a Reiki Master and intuitive healer. My spiritual awareness began at a young age, but life’s journey — raising three beautiful children and immigrating from Ireland to Australia — meant my path unfolded slowly and gently over time. In 2018, I joined a beautiful Soul Circle group, where my deeper spiritual journey truly began. Through this group

, I was introduced to a wide range of healing modalities and began studying independently to follow my heart’s calling.

🌸This beautiful card feels like such a gentle reminder that we are constantly learning, experiencing and growing spiritually. ✨

💛The message of this card speaks of a time when our understanding of life and spirit may be expanding, sometimes quite quickly. We may begin noticing things differently, feeling more connected to our intuition, or becoming more aware of those little nudges and insights that seem to arrive from within. 💫

✨I love the colours on this card, but especially that beautiful golden light held within the hands joined in prayer. To me, it feels like our heart space is being filled with beauty, warmth and sunshine. 💛

🌿We are all students of life. Every experience we move through — even the challenging ones — can teach us something, build our resilience and help us grow into the person we are becoming. 🙏

✨Sometimes we don't understand why something happened until much later. But perhaps part of spiritual growth is learning to trust that we are still on our path, even when we can't see exactly where it is leading. 💖

🙏Keep your head held high. Keep your focus on the light. Trust the path. ✨

🌿And as we grow, perhaps we can also remember that the beautiful energy we cultivate within ourselves isn't just for us.

🙏We can share it - Through a kind word.
✨A loving thought - A moment of compassion.
🌸A smile. ✨A prayer.
Simply by being present with another soul. 💖

🌿That warmth can ripple outward — to the people and animals around us, to our communities and to our beautiful planet. 🌎💛

🙏We are not limited by where we are. Our hearts, our intentions and the energy we share can reach so much further than we realise.

🙏So perhaps this Monday, notice those little intuitive nudges. Listen to what your heart is showing you. Be open to what life is teaching you and ask yourself:
✨ What am I learning right now?
✨ How am I growing?
✨ What is my intuition gently guiding me towards?
✨ And what beautiful energy can I share with the world this week?

Perhaps your spiritual growth isn't only changing you...
Perhaps your light is helping to brighten the world around you too. 💛✨

🙏In this nurturing 3-hour workshop, we'll explore the basics of Access Bars®, some of the 32 Bars points and simple Access Consciousness® tools — with time to experience a little of the Bars for yourself. 💛

✨ A little Monday magic ✨

🌿I took this photo yesterday and when I looked at it afterwards, I noticed the beautiful soft colours surrounding the sun. 💗

🌸It immediately made me think of Archangel Jophiel, often associated with beauty, hope and uplifting our thoughts and the beautiful pink energy she brings. 🙏

✨It feels like such a lovely reminder as we begin a new week to bring in some beautiful hope and affirmations.

Today we celebrate this gorgeous little soul who loves nothing more than saying hello to clients and making everyone feel welcome when they arrive for their healing sessions. 🥰

Animals have such a beautiful way of reminding us about the simple things — to be present, find joy in the little moments, love unconditionally and trust what we feel rather than always needing words.

Jasper certainly brings plenty of love, joy and a little bit of mischief into our home! 🐾✨

✨We all carry an inner child — the part of us that holds our early experiences, dreams, joy and sometimes the hurts we couldn't understand when we were small. 💖

✨ Become the person your inner child needed when they were small. 🙏Be the one who listens, reassures and reminds them: You are safe. You are loved. You are enough. 💛

But inner-child healing isn't only about healing old hurts. It's also about finding fun, laughter, playfulness and lightness again. 🌸

💃 Dance. Laugh. Create. Be silly. Try something new. Do the things that make your heart happy — and don't ever tell yourself you're too old to have fun or experience something new. 💞

🌿Sometimes we want all the answers before we're willing to take the next step. But perhaps we're being reminded that we don't need to see the whole path—just enough to take the next step with trust. 💚
