I am continuously learning through a variety of modalities including attending various workshops and meditation circles on a regular basis, reading the many books I have bought, using oracle cards and connecting with my spirit guides and spending time with like-minded souls. My journey started in February 2015 when I attended my first Reiki 1 course with Alison Maiden, and my interest in energy he
aling was ignited. I attended all of Alison’s workshops and was attuned as a Reiki Master in July 2016. I have since completed Karuna Masters, Seichim Masters, Awakening Your Psychic Potential and her recent Mediumship course. I also support Alison with courses she conducts in Adelaide as well as her very popular sold out Evening with Spirit shows. From 2020 to 2022, my studies included the 12 Keys of Christ Consciousness, Shiloh Rae 1, 2 + 3, Dragon Alchemy and Dragon Sage advanced alchemy energy healing courses with Nicole Whitty from Holistic Intuitive Healing at the Elysian Sanctuary near McLaren Vale. Most recently, I was honoured to become the 7th person in Australia to be taught the Native Hawaiian Lomilomi massage basic technique, as founded by Kuma Dane Silva, a native Hawaiian. This style of massage is unique and I absolutely love performing the ritual that accompanies the beginning and end of each massage. I look forward to learning more about Hawaiian massage and their lifestyle and perhaps one day visiting Hawaii. I also offer small group circles, including fortnightly Meditation Circles, Monthly Sound Bath Immersions and Creative Workshops are held every 6-8 weeks.
