Our headspace Albany team will be attending staff training on Monday 26th October, so our doors will be closed for the day.

Please note:
- No walk-ins or appointments will be available
- Our phones will remain on for enquiries only

headspace Albany will be closed on Friday 2nd October as our team will be at the Mad Hatter Tea Party.

Come join us at Albany Town Square from 10am–1pm for a fun community event to celebrate, reduce stigma, raise awareness, and create connections in our community 💚

We’ll reopen as normal on Monday 5th October.

Today is Wear It Purple Day. A day to celebrate LGBTQIA+SB young people and show them that they are seen, valued, supported and celebrated.

This year’s theme, Colours of Courage, reminds us that courage can look different for everyone.

It might be:

🫶 Standing beside a mate
📣 Speaking up when something isn’t okay
✨ Finding people who make you feel like you belong
💭 Taking the time to figure out who you are and what feels right for you

At headspace Albany, we know that feeling safe, accepted and connected can make a huge difference to young people’s wellbeing.

Whether you're a young person, friend, family member, ally or community member — you can help create spaces where everyone feels safe to be themselves.
