Whether you're a Support Coordinator wanting to learn more about our services, a participant or family member exploring support options, or someone working within the disability and community sector, we'd love to welcome you along.

Come and meet our team, take a look around our kitchen and hub space, learn more about the programs we offer, and connect with others in a friendly and informal setting.

Our Friday Socials crew enjoyed a sweet treat today, sharing plenty of laughs, good conversation, and of course, some delicious donuts.

Activities like our Friday Socials provide opportunities for participants to build friendships, strengthen social skills, and enjoy being part of their community in a fun and welcoming environment.

It's not just about taking home a lasagne at the end of the 'Cooking with Confidence' class... it's about the process. Learning to multi-task; to pre-heat the oven while chopping the veg, to simmer the sauce while whisking the béchamel, to prepping the salad while the lasagne bakes. Cooking with confidence is not easy for everyone, but with regular, supported sessions, our clients have gained so much more confidence, and for that, we are so proud of them.

Dave killed it in the kitchen today, making a massive lasagne to take home for dinner. He was focused, improvised a little to suit his own tastes, and finished the class with a fabulous looking lasagne. ‘Cooking with Confidence’ was exactly what Dave was doing! So good 👏🏼
