I’ve spent most of my life trying to fix myself.
Turns out, I never actually needed fixing.
The biggest thing I’ve realised over the last six months is that it was never about changing what was happening around me. It was about changing how I was meeting it.
Every time I reacted to someone or something, I was keeping that pattern alive.
Instead of pointing the finger and saying, “They made me feel like this,” I started asking, “Why is this still alive in me?”
Then I’d sit with it. Feel it. Let it move instead of trying to get rid of it.
I found myself in the same kinds of situations over and over, but each time there was a little less charge. A little less story. A little more me.
Until one day… nothing.
The thing that would’ve triggered me before just didn’t.
It was like all the noise had settled, and I could finally hear myself again. Decisions started coming from me, not from old wounds or old patterns.
That’s honestly why the membership is taking longer than I thought. I’ve been in it. Living it. I couldn’t teach something I hadn’t walked all the way through.
In the meantime, I’m still seeing people in person and online.
If any of this lands for you, reach out.
It’s been a wild ride.
