Casual Support Worker Position (Albury - Wodonga Region)

Singh Care is seeking reliable, confident and compassionate Casual Support Workers who can work according to each participant’s individual needs and uphold high‑quality, person‑centred support.

What We’re Looking For
Confidence working with high‑needs participants and following personalised support plans

Experience using lifting equipment (hoists, transfer aids, etc.)

Experience with PEG‑feed routines and medication prompts

Minimum Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent qualification)

All mandatory screening checks:

NDIS Worker Screening Check

Working With Children Check (if required)

National Police Check

Current driver’s licence and willingness to drive participants

Clear understanding of the Support Worker role, including:

Personal care (safe, respectful assistance with daily personal tasks)

Domestic tasks (cleaning, meal prep, household organisation)

Community access (appointments, shopping, social activities, transport)

About You
You show empathy, patience and professionalism

You follow participant choice and control

You communicate clearly and respectfully

You are dependable, punctual and committed to safe practice

You work well independently and as part of a team

About Singh Care:

Requirements:
• Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, or equivalent qualification
• Demonstrated experience supporting people with complex needs
• Understanding of NDIS principles and participant‑led support
• Strong communication, reliability, and respect for cultural diversity
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, WWCC, First Aid, CPR, and driver’s licence
