They are the tool we seek to unlock our pets' healing. By not defining my sessions .. w

e can create a personalised, intentional & deeply healing session for you, based entirely on your own needs & at a pace you feel safe at. You simply choose the amount of time you would like to work with me. Various modalities & healing tools are intuitively chosen by me ; aromatherapy massage, crystal healing, sound & colour therapy, chakra cleansing & alignment, card readings, intention & affirmations, time & talking drawing on 43 years of human life experience & many lifetimes of knowledge & soul experience. I do my healing sessions on Tuesdays & Thursdays between 11am & 6pm .. these are my 'magic hours', the absolute best times for me to do healings.

After everything we've seen .. questioned & lost ..

I still believe in love ..

Not the fluffy kind, or one that asks us to tolerate harm .. or self-abandonment .. or a love without boundaries ..

I'm talking about the kind of love that tells the truth .. that says:

This matters.
You matter.
I matter.

The kind that can hold grief & still choose life .. that can hold anger & still choose compassion. .. that can see the shadow without becoming the shadow ..

The kind that says .. I will not abandon myself .. or abandon my capacity to love ..

Perhaps that is part of our collective remembering ..

That we don't have to choose between strength & softness .. truth & love .. sovereignty & connection ..

We can hold both!

We can become more human, conscious, embodied & connected ..

Together we rise .. Love always wins ..

People who are willing to look at themselves .. their patterns, choices, relationships, wounds.

Their power, responsibility, desires, contradictions ..

The parts they love .. & the parts they'd rather nobody saw ..

People who aren't looking for someone to save them .. they're looking for someone who can walk beside them while they learn how to save themselves ..

People who are ready to stop outsourcing their authority .. ready to feel & question, to own. & integrate ..

Ready to become deeply, unapologetically themselves ..

These are my people ..

And if you're one of them .. I think you'll know ..

Collectively our energies are being redirected to self responsibility, ownership and independence. A time where we get to come back to ourselves and CHOOSE what's ahead ..

You don't need to know exactly what needs healing ..

You don't need to arrive regulated ..

You don't even need to know whether you believe in energy.

Come as you are ..

Angry.

Exhausted.

Confused.

Brilliant.

Successful.

Heartbroken.

Numb.

Curious.

Ready.

Not quite ready.

The work begins with awareness .. then comes ownership .. then transformation ..

And slowly .. you begin to embody the person you've been trying to find ..

You don't have to know the whole way home. You only have to take the next step.

Eclipse season is over .. but .. we are now a time of inner balance, assessment and burning down what no longer serves us in the next phase or version of ourselves ..

This will likely illuminate unhealed or unseen, buried and ready to be unearthed traumas and pain .. in all areas of life ..

Breaking free from lifetimes of old identities, stories and ways of being ..

Be mindful to ground and centre from 23-26 September :)

And yet .. something in you knows there is another level of clarity, steadiness, and internal authority available ..

The people who step into my containers are not beginners ..

They are founders, decision-makers, leaders in business, family, and community ..

They are not looking for hype or therapy disguised as coaching ..

They want:
• Nervous system stability under pressure
• Clean decision-making without emotional leakage
• Strong energetic boundaries in high-stakes environments
• Capacity to hold more — without burning out
• Alignment between identity and ex*****on

This is identity-level work .. it strengthens the foundation beneath your leadership ..

Some of the people who come to me aren't looking for a little tweak .. they're at a threshold ..

Their marriage has changed .. their business is changing .. their career is ending .. their identity is dissolving ..

Something they built no longer fits .. something they believed no longer holds ..

And sometimes...

they are right in the middle of the hardest season of their life ..

I honestly don't believe that means they're failing ..

Sometimes the old life has simply become too small for who they're becoming ..

But that transition can be messy.

There is grief, fear, anger, confusion, relief, excitement ..

All at once!

My work isn't to rush someone through that .. it's to hold space while they find their footing ..

To help them regulate enough to hear themselves .. clear what isn't theirs .. understand the patterns .. reclaim their authority ..

And eventually .. build something new from a much truer place .. not just a new life .. but a life that actually belongs to them ..

What if this isn't the end of your life as you knew it .. but the beginning of one that actually fits?
