Ararat Physiotherapy We are a privately owned and run physiotherapy clinic in the beautiful town on Ararat in Western Victoria.

We specialise in musculoskeletal injury prevention, management and rehabilitation. We offer our services to local businesses and sporting clubs. The physiotherapists at APHS aim to deliver expert care for a variety of sporting and non-sporting injuries in both adults and children. Whether it is a sporting injury, work related problem, neck or back pain, headache, fracture, sprain or strain, Ararat

Physiotherapy & Health Services will take care of you. Our team are hands-on, highly trained and motivated to ensure that you receive the appropriate assessment and treatment strategies, enabling you to achieve a speedy and safe recovery from your injury. We also aim to help you prevent reoccurrences of your problem, and therefore you will receive other strategies including exercise and education to help better manage and prevent these recurrences. Physiotherapists are primary contact practitioners, meaning you do not need a referral to attend our clinic, nor do you need have medical imaging completed before you attend an appointment.

⭐️ Recharge - our 2026 Team Retreat 🙌

It might have been cold and windy, but what a lovely couple of days we had! 🌊

Our team recently headed down to Lorne for our Annual Team Retreat — a chance to step away from the busy-ness of clinic life, reconnect as a team and, most importantly, recharge.

Over the couple of days, we explored our values, set goals, faced challenges, stepped outside our comfort zones, challenged ourselves, laughed, learnt, and of course, enjoyed some friendly competition! 😂🏆

A huge thank you to Jess for facilitating another fabulous retreat, and to our incredible team. We’re so lucky to have such a strong connection, genuine support and plenty of laughs within our team. ❤️

🏃 100KM in 10 hours for Nepal 🏃

We are beyond excited to share that we are proudly sponsoring local Yr12 Student Bronson as he attempts to run 100km in 10 hours to help raise money for fresh water tanks in Okhaldhunga Nepal 👏 The overall goal of the specific project is to support approximately 1800 rural farming households in Okhaldhunga, Nepal through clean water and food production initiatives.

Bronson will be completing his run on Sunday the 27th of September at Alexandra Gardens - everyone is welcome, and encouraged, to head down and support him as he runs! We've attached a link to his Donation Page below as well as in our bio!

Bronson, we are excited to follow along with your journey, training and can't wait to support you in smashing this huge goal of 100KM in 10 hours 🙌

With extensive experience across public health and a broad range of clinical settings, Julia brings a wealth of knowledge to her practice and we are so excited to welcome her on Thursday’s 🎊👏

Last week we were lucky to have two Yr 10 students from Marian College in the clinic as part of their Work Experience program 🙌🎓

Danielle enjoyed the various classes on offer and even had the chance to head up to Laneway Pilates as part of her week 🎊

Zac enjoyed many aspects but specifically learning about the benefits of dry needling and how it helps rehab and recovery 💪

Thank you Zac and Danielle for being so open and willing to give everything a go — we loved having you here and hope we inspired you to keep working towards your goal of working in allied health ⭐️
