Forward‑head posture: head drifting in front of the shoulders, often from screens or driving.
Rounded shoulders: upper back curves forward, usually from long hours sitting or working in front of you.
Arched back posture: hips pushed forward and ribs leaning back, common when standing for long periods.
Anterior pelvic tilt: pelvis tipping forward, often seen in people who sit a lot or lift heavy.
One‑side dominance: leaning, carrying, or loading one side more than the other (bags, kids, tools).
Rigid or “held” posture: trying to stand “perfectly straight”, which often creates unnecessary tension.
