Meet The Team!
Introducing our amazing Support Worker Team Leader Kirsty!
Starting in support work we saw far more ability and opportunity and transitioned Kirsty into the office. Kirsty brings organisation, calm and consistency to a fastâpaced environment. She supports our team with exceptional time management, a sharp eye for detail and a natural ability to guide others with confidence and care. Whether sheâs coordinating dayâtoâday operations, checking in with staff or getting out in the field to offer handsâon support, Kirsty ensures everything runs smoothly and everyone feels backed.
Sheâs also the vital communication bridge between our support workers and the office, making sure information flows clearly and efficiently so participants receive the highest quality care. Kirsty works equally well independently and within a team, adapting to whatever the day brings while keeping our standards strong. Her leadership, professionalism and genuine commitment to people make her an invaluable part of Calacare.
