I think somewhere along the way, nutrition became way too focused on eating less.

Less calories. Less carbs. Less sugar. Smaller portions.

But I’ve always cared far more about what we can ADD to our diets — more whole foods, more quality ingredients, more plants, more variety and more enjoyment.

I didn’t become a nutritionist to make people scared of food.

And I definitely don’t believe something has to be low calorie to be good for you.

Sometimes good nutrition looks like choosing beautiful ingredients, making something delicious and actually enjoying the damn dessert. 🤎

Honestly, this might have been one of my favourite boxes yet. The flavours, the textures, the variety… she was STACKED. 🤤

And as always, everything is vegan, gluten-free and made from whole-food ingredients — because treats can taste ridiculously good without compromising on ingredients. 🌱✨
