Support Coordinator Spotlight 🌟

The Auscare team just keeps on growing! Meet Jessica, our newest Support Coordinator.

Jessica brings experience supporting people in community and care-focused environments, a background that has built strong interpersonal, organisational and advocacy skills, and the ability to navigate complex support systems with empathy and professionalism.

Her work is person-centred from start to finish: helping people access services, build independence and work towards their own goals. That covers both NDIS participants and aged care clients, backed by skills in care planning, service coordination and relationship building with participants, families and providers.

Jessica has capacity to support participants in Dubbo & surrounds NSW.
