Our team of Support Coordinators continues to grow, and we couldn't be prouder. ๐Ÿ’™

Meet some of the newest Support Coordinators who have joined the Auscare team.

They come from different paths and bring different strengths, with the same thing at the heart of it... genuinely walking alongside the participants they support.

Support Coordination is one of the most important jobs in the sector, and we are proud to keep building a team that reflects that.

To every Support Coordinator who has joined us, welcome to Auscare. We're so glad you're here, and we cannot wait to see the difference you make for the participants and communities you support.

And to those still wondering whether there is a better way to do this work, you do not have to figure it out on your own. Reach out and let's have that conversation.

Aged care. Disability. Community. It is all people, and it is all connected.

Auscare has built its name on one thing: genuinely understanding the people we support. Our Support Coordinators spend their days cutting through complexity, connecting people with the right services, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

Older Australians navigating the Support at Home program face the same things our NDIS clients do. A complex system. A lot of moving parts. A real need for someone in their corner who knows what they are doing. So that is exactly where we are, working alongside Trilogy Care to coordinate aged care the same way we have always coordinated support.

Because the belief underneath it does not change. People deserve to be listened to. Families deserve support around them, not just systems in front of them.

Together with Trilogy Care, we have made the process straightforward.

This Pride Month, we are so excited to share something special.

Our very own Susan Cameron-Jung sat down with Jonathan Barbie on the Empowered and Out podcast, and it is a conversation we knew we had to share.

One important topic they covered is what inclusion actually looks like in practice.

It's Pride Month, and in our sector we think it matters a bit more than people realise. Because for a lot of LGBTQIA+ people with disability, the question isn't just "will I be supported" ... it's "can I be myself while I'm supported."

That's a heavier question than it sounds.

Support Coordination works when someone feels safe enough to tell you who they actually are. Their relationships, their identity, the things that make them them. Not just a plan, not just supports in place, but a person who feels genuinely seen by the people around them.

At Auscare Support, inclusion isn't something we put in a values statement, it's how we do every day.

Happy Pride! This month and every month ๐ŸŒˆ

This World MS Day, we stand with everyone living with multiple sclerosis, as well as the families, carers, and communities who support them.

This year's My MS Diagnosis campaign highlights the importance of early and accurate diagnosis for everyone affected by MS. At Auscare Support, we proudly support that message and advocate for continued improvements in MS awareness, healthcare professional training, research, and advancements in diagnosis.

Just as importantly, we recognise the need for strong support systems that help people navigate life after diagnosis and access the care they need.

So to anyone living with MS reading this...there are people who care, people who understand, and people ready to walk beside you. We are one of them. ๐Ÿ’›

This National Reconciliation Week, we join Australians across the country in reflecting on our shared histories, cultures and achievements, and the role we all play in reconciliation.

This yearโ€™s theme, โ€œAll Inโ€, reminds us that reconciliation is not passive, it requires all of us to listen, learn, reflect and take meaningful action every day.

At Auscare Support, we are committed to creating culturally safe, respectful and inclusive spaces for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples within our workplace and the communities we support.

Reconciliation matters because everyone deserves to feel seen, heard, respected and connected.

We acknowledge the strength, resilience and enduring cultures of First Nations peoples and recognise that reconciliation is an ongoing journey for all Australians. โค๏ธ๐Ÿ–ค๐Ÿ’›

The Passion in Action event lived up to its name. The vibe, the energy, the realness of it all. Not about being perfect, but about being real and telling the story as it is.

We caught up with Nerina on the day to hear what stood out for her, and she summed it up perfectly. The room was full of genuine passion and heartfelt support. That is what makes events like this so special.

A huge round of applause to the organisers and the whole committee for making it happen. Good people putting their hand up and stepping in.

We are so proud to be part of a community like this.
