IF You haven’t already, I highly recommend you watch this movie 😍
I watched last night & my grand daughter said to me “can you please stop that?!” I replied ‘crying’ and she said “yes it’s really annoying” 🤣

I am honoured to have received an invitation to present as a guest speaker at the monthly Parkinson’s Disease Group in Bathurst next month. The benefits of Chair Yoga extend beyond our hourly sessions, providing sustained improvements in strength, mobility, and calm that are carried through the week. I am proud to share the benefits of Chair Yoga with individuals living with Parkinson's and their care partners at next month’s meeting.

°This pose is as a restorative forward fold that instantly relieves tension in your neck, shoulders, and lower back.
°By allowing the upper body to hang heavy, and be supported by the lower body, it stretches the spine, hamstrings, and calves while calming the nervous system to reduce stress.
°A beautiful asana to start or end your day with.
