Beneath the luminous Full Moon, 🌕 ♒️ the sky whispers of quiet transformation.
We shedding what no longer belongs, making space for a wiser, freer version of ourselves.
Aquarius calls us to honour our truth, to dream beyond the familiar, and to remember that the light we seek has always lived within.
Tonight, release with grace.
Trust what is unfolding.
And let your soul rise as effortlessly as the moon itself.
May this celestial light guide your heart home. ✨

🌕 Full Moon in Aquarius Ritual
✨ Light a candle and take a few deep breaths.
✍️ Write down what you’re ready to release—old fears, limiting beliefs, or anything that no longer serves you.
🔥 Tear up the paper or safely burn it as a symbol of letting go.
💙 Then write three intentions that reflect the person you’re becoming.
🌕 Spend a few quiet moments under the moon, breathing in clarity, freedom, and trust.

Affirmation:
“I release what no longer aligns with me.
I honour my truth, embrace my uniqueness & welcome all that is meant for me 🙏🏿

Happy Tuesday Yogis 🤗
YogaFlow 9.30 - Jan 🧡

➡️ Glimmers aren't just feel-good moments, they're real, physical signals of safety that shift your nervous system and lower stress.

🧠 Your brain constantly rewires itself based on where your attention goes.
When you notice glimmers (small cues of safety, joy, or connection) you strengthen neural pathways linked to calm and regulation, rather than stress and hypervigilance.

😊 By paying attention to these tiny moments every
day, you can change your
brain chemistry.⚛️ 🌺

Much love
Jan 😊🙏🏿

Happy Monday Yogis 🥰Yoga isn't about touching your toes. 👣

It's about connecting your mind, body, and breath in a way that transforms how you move through life.
✨ Stretch.
✨ Breathe.
✨ Heal.
✨ Repeat.

Yoga has insisted on breathing through the nose for thousands of years.

Long before anyone could measure a single reason why.

And it turns out the reasons are real. When you breathe through your nose, the air is filtered, warmed, and humidified before it ever reaches your lungs.
Your nose also releases nitric oxide, a gas that widens your blood vessels and helps your body absorb more oxygen from every breath.
Your mouth does none of that.

There's more.
Nasal breathing supports slower, fuller breaths and shifts you toward the rest-and-recover side of your nervous system.
This is why the breath calms you.
The tradition noticed the effect.
Science later explained the mechanism.

And this is where it ties into everything I teach about aging well.

The way you breathe touches your sleep, your circulation, your stress, and how steady you feel in your own body over time.
It's one of the few tools in health that is genuinely simple.
Not always easy, but simple.

You take about 25,000 breaths a day.
Every one of them is a small chance to support your body, without adding a single thing to your day.

So this week, just notice. Nose or mouth?
And when you catch yourself, close your lips and let the breath come back to the nose. 👃

Saturday Flow&Release 9.30am with Jan
RADIANT // REST//FLOW//RELEASE......
“The nature of yoga is to shine the light of awareness into the darkest corners of the body.”
Repeat after me: Just because you aren’t doing anything doesn’t mean nothing is happening.
The body is actually very busy repairing and healing during practices like meditation, restorative yoga, and even during a good ole’ nap.
I love adding an eye pillow to rest.
Ever wonder why an eye pillow feels oh-so-good?
Human beings are wired to relax when feeling gentle pressure. It switches off your stress response (fight-flight-freeze) and allows you to shift into relaxation mode (rest & digest).
Very gentle pressure on your eyes and brow stimulates your oculocardiac reflex (a pressure reflex) that lowers your pulse rate and triggers your relaxation response.
Notice the “very gentle” part. Obviously, intense pressure on the eye sockets would be a bad idea.
You can use an eye pillow during yoga or to help you relax/fall asleep.
Cant wait to share this beautiful practice with you🧡
