Please give yourself permission to let the all serving, saint like, Mother Theresa vibe fall away from your role as a breastfeeding mama. You will feel the ups and downs, and this just makes you human.

You’ll only ever find compassionate, warm and honest support here. Baby/child led? Yes. But 1000x over mums are unapologetically the priority. From you, all things flow. There is never judgement or pressure. As a mama who has breastfed 3 toddlers and also actively weaned 2, I appreciate the complexities on many levels.

Pricing changes for all consults booked from July 1st 2026.

I’m here for the long haul and that requires sustainability. One nominal price change in 4 years to my main appointment type doesn’t equate to sustainable given the increase in what I have to absorb.

This is the first good thing to come from Nuk IMO and I’m super glad it can be used interchangeably with these (unfortunately super popular and very sh*tty) bottles.

Heads up- when I’ve gone in store I haven’t been able to find slow flow teats as a stand alone product, only with bottles. So you may need to order online!

Welcoming Milky Business 2.0 in all her big sister energy. If Milky Business 1.0 was young, fresh, risk taking, finding her feet, then the 2.0 version is articulate, confident, compassionate, sassy and knows her impact and worth.
My personality wanted to make this change quietly but it felt so jarring with everything that Milky Business is. Even in mundane, every day moments, everything we do is life changing.

We aren’t going anywhere. We are just getting started 🤙🏼 🌼
