Important update about our Bereavement Navigation Service.

We want to let our community know that the FocusOne Health Bereavement Navigation Service will be ceasing on 30 June 2026.

Until this date, we will continue to support our current clients and ensure they are safely connected to ongoing care where needed.

Support is still available.
From now on, community members seeking bereavement support and guidance can contact the Palliative Care Connect Statewide Navigation Service, who will continue to provide help across South Australia.

We wrapped up the final session of our Empower Your Future group this week in Loxton.👏

A big thank you to our special guest, Brenton from the Australian Institute of Social Relations, who joined us to share information about the available courses, and the study support he offers.

We’re incredibly proud of the effort, commitment, and growth shown by all participants throughout the program.

Our next sessions of our Empower Your Future kick off this week, tomorrow in Berri and Wednesday in Loxton 🙌

Last week, our groups explored MoneyMinded.com.au and learned about the difference between wants vs needs. We also uncovered “spending leaks” and just how much our daily habits can add up - did you know a daily iced coffee could cost you around $1,700 a year? ☕💸

Our Loxton group also visited the Loxton Library to check out the fantastic free resources available, including Wi-Fi, computers, and tablets, perfect for study or job searching! Our group stopped to contribute to the community puzzle that was set up whilst we were there.

Great turnout at this morning’s Mount Gambier Mental Health Professionals Network, hosted by the Mount Gambier Medicare Mental Health Centre.

14 of the 18 members joined us over breakfast to hear from guest speaker Carla Doody from Mission Australia, who shared valuable insights on recent NDIS legislative changes.

Our team enjoyed hosting a stall at the Health & Wellbeing Education Expo in Mount Gambier last week. It was a success with 31 stalls and an estimate of 250+ people come through.

It was a great opportunity for our staff from to meet with other service providers and community members to discuss service options to support people in the Limestone Coast.

On the day, our team spoke to many attendees interested in Healthy Habits, Integrated Primary Health Care Services, Mount Gambier Medicare Mental Health Service and Mental Health services.

We received such lovely feedback and many people stopped and collected our resources including guides to ‘Eating Smart’ and inspirational buttons.
