Strength training is about more than just aesthetics, we are here to build not only muscle, but connection, community, safety and celebrate womanhood.

I’m so unspeakably proud of every one of these women and how they continue to show up and commit to themselves over and over, on good days, bad days and everything in between. This is a celebration of the magnificence of the female form in all its varied shapes and sizes.

Being a coach in the honour of my life, and I am humbled to my core to have these women place their trust in my hands.
