De-Stressed High Performance therapy

I’m Aaron and De-Stressed is my small business I’m bringing you all. My goal is to provide relief to the body, from the stresses incurred, due to our everyday lifestyles. I, like many, am fussy about the massage therapist I see. I grew up with many muscular related problems and massage was the greatest relief for me. I’ve been a manual labourer, an office worker and athlete. I have put my body thr

ough some torture, and found massage the only true relief. I struggled though to find a quality therapist. Having known exactly what my body needed, I decided to learn the craft so I could help provide that relief to others. There was no better place to learn that craft, than on high performance athletes at Gymnastics SA. I have spent approximately the last 2 years working with Gymnastics SA with both the Tjet and GymJet High Performance programs, treating athletes of Olympic calibre. I work at Tea Tree Gully trampoline club in connection, and have done so for just over a year now. They are home to a large contingent of the state team and junior world championship athletes. I treat athletes as young as 7 right through to the seniors, including treating their Olympic hopefuls with their push for RIO2016, and have travelled to Melbourne with the state team as a therapist for the 2015 nationals.
