Best sound in the world! 🐴🍉💚

Nothing beats the sound of a happy horse crunching into a cold, juicy watermelon on a warm day! This has to be one of the most satisfying sounds ever. 😍🍉 🐴 treat

Rainy days = happy paddocks 🌧️🐴… but also LOTS of flies! 😂🪰

Our horses might look a little funny in their fly masks, but these are an important part of keeping them comfortable and protecting their eyes, ears and noses during fly season. 💕🐎

Now, one of the biggest misconceptions about fly masks is that they blindfold the horse — but they absolutely don't! :) So yes… they can still see, eat and get up to all their usual horsey business! 👀🌱

This week we had the privilege of spending time at Hawkesbury High School for R U OK? Day, enjoying an afternoon of creativity, conversation, and connection through a rock painting activity.

R U OK? Day is a reminder that a simple conversation can make a real difference. Taking a moment to check in with someone and ask, "Are you okay?" can help them feel seen, heard, and supported.

A huge thank you to Hawkesbury High School for welcoming us and helping create such a fun and meaningful afternoon. 💛

How good is this? 🐱🦎 Two very different little souls, perfectly happy just relaxing side by side. Around here, peace and harmony usually win... most of the time! ❤️

Support workers and carers spend so much of their time caring for others—but who supports them?

At Sydney Equine Assisted Learning, we know that supporting the people who provide care is just as important. Alongside our counselling services, we offer professional development, reflective practice, and tailored team development workshops for organisations, helping staff strengthen communication, wellbeing, resilience, and connection.

Because when carers and support workers feel supported, everyone benefits. 💙
