This week we had the privilege of spending time at Hawkesbury High School for R U OK? Day, enjoying an afternoon of creativity, conversation, and connection through a rock painting activity.

R U OK? Day is a reminder that a simple conversation can make a real difference. Taking a moment to check in with someone and ask, "Are you okay?" can help them feel seen, heard, and supported.

A huge thank you to Hawkesbury High School for welcoming us and helping create such a fun and meaningful afternoon. 💛

No music needed—when nature provides its own soundtrack. The gentle sounds of the ducks on the dam, the birds waking up, and the quiet of the countryside are enough to help you slow down, breathe, and simply be.

Sometimes the most peaceful moments are also the most healing.
