Rebirth is a common thread flowing through me right now. I can feel it as I move through my day, feel it in the collective & observe it in the natural world.

We have spiralled into the depths of winter, the inner journey & after the Winter Solstice we start the outward uncurl towards the height of the summer solstice.

This process is not to be rushed. It is a time of gentle unfolding like the tree fern. Rebirthing. Every move is to be felt & met with presence, intuition & intention.

Thus choosing our new way of being for the next cycle.

The Healing Place has open doors now I have returned from my rest time. Rebirthed!
