Soulful Breaths: Honouring the seasons is a four-part journey designed to support you to move with the natural rhythms of the year rather than pushing against them.

Each gathering begins with a gentle orientation to the season, what is happening in nature, in the body, and in our emotional landscape, before we move into a guided breathwork journey and immersive sound bath with co-facilitator Lyndi MacRrae

It’s a space to release what the season is asking you to let go of, to reconnect with your inner rhythm, and to remember that you are cyclical too.
