Everyday day I clear my energy and tune in to receive guidance and understanding from my Subconscious Mind, Higher Self, Angel's and Guides.

The clearer I am, the easier it is for the information to come through. Like any skill, consistency and practice is key.

Yesterday, even though I had questions and wanted to clear my energy and meditate to receive guidance, I needed to drive an hour to an appointment.

I am really glad the lady I met felt comfortable to share that wisdom & guidance with me. As soon as she passed on that message, I felt a wave of relief wash over me and I went about my day with a peaceful mind.

I woke up the morning of my 41st birthday thinking of my 21-year-old self.
If I could talk to her I would say have fun but look after your health.
While hustle culture makes sense in theory, your greatest wealth is your health.
Self-care isn’t selfish.
If you take good care of yourself, you are better equipped to take care of others.
Also please invest in a good non-toxic sunscreen and wear it everyday 😆 💕

Yesterday I facilitated a workshop in Busselton about how to align with your soul’s purpose and embody your authentic self.

Thank you to all the wise women who attended, it was wonderful to be in good company 💜

Empowering people to step into the divine essence and follow their own true north, is one of the reasons I incarnated in this lifetime, so it feels good to help others.

That’s one of the ways you know you are honouring your soul’s purpose, you feel happy, excited, and full of good energy.

I also kept seeing repeating numbers throughout the workshop like when I checked my clock the first time it was 4:44pm and then when I checked it the next time it was 5:55pm.

Synchronicities are often signs from your Angels, Guides and/ or Higher Self communicating you are on the right track ⭐️
