To meet, honour and offer presence, healing and alchemy to any residual matters of the heart, to explore its intricacies and deepen the relationship you are in with yourSELF.

We step onto this shared path and we journey within to consciously enhance the field of our heart which allows us to share and receive a reflection of that inner coherence

There is something so so precious, so sacred, an ancient and inner remembering that occurs when we gather alongside like spirited women in this way. Having run these sacred journeys many times over the years they never cease to leave me in awe.

The group field adds a depth, a connective thread, a co-creative element to the journey and there is zero coincidence in the women who step forward to walk beside you during this very chapter of your life. There is no coincidence in what you are navigating during this chapter of your life.

The consciousness of the heart is evolving.
It is calling us forward to dissolve the walls of our heart, to connect more steadily to the heart of the earth, to become a channel for the highest expression of the higher heart. The cosmic, universal and sacred heart.

We gather in connection to the higher heart and the responsibility that we hold to embody its essence here now

We gather to walk through our own personal healing via matters of the heart in representation of collective healing and the collective heart

When we feel held, the body softens
When the body can soften, that which lay dormant can gently awaken and integrate, dissolve or alchemise

Join me on this pilgrimage through the valleys, rivers and depths of the heart to journey home to universal truth.

Accross 11 weeks we weave the medicine of the rose and the wisdom of the ancient, earthly and sacred heart. We do this through 5 live calls and transmissions, the sanctuary of our group space, your 1:1 session and the co-creative energy that could only emerge through our group and the women who stepped forward in service.

The field of the Akashic Records contain the record of your soul AND infinite possibilities. It is a living and breathing field of information that relates to your past timelines (all of the choices, all of experiences, all of the imprints and consequences relating to every decision you have ever made - knowingly or unknowingly)

It relates to your current experience because your current circumstances are playing out as a result of those decisions and those experiences including the generational patterns you are connected to and living out now.

It also contains the soul lessons you came here to learn - and when we don’t, the pattern repeats until we are willing and able to see and choose differently. We have far more influence over this than you might realise.

When we become aware of the repeated patterns that are present in our life, that becomes valuable information and contains the precise keys you need to evolve beyond those lessons to experience more peace, more joy, more ease, more aligned connections and opportunities. Often these lessons and contracts are associated with our self worth. We can rewrite these soul contracts in collaboration with your soul because as you evolve, and as the collective experience evolves, we know more and can choose differently. We can re-write your soul contracts to contain less suffering, more ease, optimal wellbeing, deeper connection, more responsibility, and we can rewrite these programs as an embodiment of your most evolved self.

The field contains all possibilities which means every single possibility that exists and there are more than we can comprehend. We play a big part in designing this.

When I am working in your records I am tending to this field. I am channeling information for your highest good. I am receiving the relevant information from your soul, from your ancestors, from your guides.

I am picking up on energy in your field that is connected to the past and in that space I am working with your team of light, the elements, I am programming the field to release suffering, activate new templates that contain the essence of your actual desires and I am directing healing to the aspects of you that require support. This can come through as relief, clarity, necessary detachment, new perspectives and opportunities that align with the desires you have courageously named and declared.

I am working energetically but you will feel and experience this in your life in a tangible way and my sessions always always come with guidance of tangible integration practices. This is really important to me to ensure you are supported but also to ensure that the changes we make are anchored.
This is the part you play. A responsibility in remaining in alignment with your highest timeline.

Or remotely. Remotely meaning I do not require you to be present. You will send through brief information, and questions you have for the field. I will complete the work and healing in your records, retrieve information for you and bring this to you via detailed voice note.

You are invited on an 8 week inner pilgrimage of peace.

We journey as a group to explore and anchor the frequency of peace through your inner realm and its reflected outer experience.

Our work is always amplified when we gather and journey as a group and these containers always offer us more than we could possibly imagine.

The journey will officially begin Monday 15th June with a welcome video delivered to your inbox.

I will be teaching and guiding a special process that you will sit within for 8 weeks to recall and generate this essence of peace in all aspects of your life. We work within the field of your heart which is connected to the collective heart and the cosmic heart.

Within an akashic record session I work with your past, present and future timelines. We are not limited to what we have known.
And when we bring those deep seated beliefs into the light, we loosen their grip on us.

We loosen their grip on us.

When we can begin to acknowledge or before that, begin to explore our inner conflicts, our inner turmoil, the pain we have pressed down, our deepest fears

When we begin to really really become so curious about why we experience life in this way, through these circumstances, through this relationship, those repeated patterns or these behaviours that we just can’t seem to shake…the process of change has already began.

There is nothing to big to untangle
You are never too old
It is never too much
And it is never too late

A lot of clients meet me at a junction point in their life
Not always a breaking point but always in a contemplative place. Some hear the whispers or recognise the discomfort and begin their exploration ahead of crisis, while for others it takes a crisis to begin knowing themselves more deeply.

I have experienced more breakdowns that I can count and there is nothing like the force of destruction - losing something, someone or everything to encourage you to really really turn and face yourself. To meet your depths.

Some clients arrive simply seeking more for themselves without knowing what that is

Sometimes they know exactly what they are yearning for but it seems way too far out of reach

They feel an inner stirring but don’t necessarily know what to do with that, how to access that inner knowing, how to trust it, how to work “with” it. That inner stirring might be the voice of your own wisdom, it may be the voice of a younger part of you who needs its story to be known. It may be your intuitive senses, or your own channel to a higher guidance

A lot of my clients are on a path of trusting themselves more, of deepening their intuitive senses, of discovering what they actually believe in, who they are at their very essence. For some, our work together is directed at healing for the past to bring more peace into their present, for some it is a fine tuning of what is here in order to better align with their mission/their purpose/the path that makes their heart smile

We are at all times connected to all possibilities.

Each and every choice aligning us with one possibility or another. This is both exciting and empowering to me.

Because through this perspective and within every single choice we hold opportunity.

And we can be there in that moment making the same choices we always have, or we can meet those moments with presence, and in connection to the truth of what we want to feel.

There’s no judgement. It’s just time to be honest with ourselves. And sometimes silent acknowledgement that “I’m not feeling good” or “this is not ok” or “something has to change now” is the first step that we have been too afraid to take. Often when we don’t have a solution, we deny ourselves of the truth, but the denial doesn’t eliminate the truth. It does cause more internal conflict and more suffering.

That single acknowledgement and ownership may just be the 1 degree change we needed to veer off onto a new pathway.

Our choices are making us feel better or they are making us feel worse. It sounds simple. And it can be.

The psychology of change requires repetition to solidify new pathways in the mind. This is neuroscience. And it supports the change you are seeking.
