Long hours sitting can take a toll on your spine, but small posture habits can make a big difference to how your body feels throughout the day.

Support your spine now, so you’re not paying for it later.

Here are a few simple tips to set up your workspace properly:

1️⃣ Chair Position: Choose a supportive chair. Keep your feet flat on the floor, knees at a 90° angle, and hips slightly higher than your knees.
2️⃣ Screen Height: Position your screen at arm’s length, with the top at (or just below) eye level.
3️⃣ Keyboard & Mouse: Keep them close, wrists straight, elbows at 90°, and shoulders relaxed.
4️⃣ Desk Setup: Make space for your legs. Your thighs should be parallel to the floor, use a footrest if needed.
5️⃣ Take Breaks: Stand, stretch, and move every 30–60 minutes to reduce stiffness and improve circulation.

Your posture matters more than you think, especially during the workday.
