Customised Employment is a highly successful approach to employment for people with disability. It's an approach that matches a job seeker's strengths and interests to an employer's needs.

If you're new to Customised Employment and want to learn more, we're holding a one-hour introductory webinar tomorrow at lunchtime.

You'll see real-life examples of Customised Employment in action and will learn some simple ways you can put it into action in 15-minute chunks of time, no matter the age and support needs of your child.

There are so many ways to bring people together around shared interests and create opportunities for genuine connection and belonging.

The Inclusion Seekers Course, brought to you by Imagine More and Belonging Matters Inc. and presented by Inclusion Seekers Cincinnati, will show you how to design small community-building projects based around the interests of your loved one with disability.
