Hi All,

For the moment, on-the-spot Private Health/HICAPS claims will not be available in Kimba. This will mean that full fees will need to be paid on the day of appointments, and claimed through your private health provider.

Footy and netball finals are fast approaching, the suns coming back out and we are in for a busy August on the Eastern Eyre! Here are the appointment times for this upcoming month.

Just a quick reminder, Sundays in Cleve are by appointment only to allow for more people to recieve care without a waitlist or bottleneck. Please contact me via phone or message to enquire.

CLINIC UPDATE

As the clinic continues to grow, some small changes are happening to help more people access the care they need 🙌

Firstly, you may have seen the new 'Short Consult' on the online booking portal. This is a 20-minute consult, ideal for maintenance treatment, post-operative check-ups and exercise program reviews. Standard 30-minute appointments are still available.

Secondly, initial consultations are increasing in price from $150 to $160.

Also, a quick note on communication 📞
If you’re unable to reach me by phone, please leave a voicemail. I’m often in consult (and I’m also my own receptionist!), so voicemails are the best way to ensure I can get back to you as soon as possible.

Finally, all Sunday consultations will now be by appointment only. This is to assist any new patients and acute presentations to be seen without a long wait time. If you require a Sunday consultation, please contact me. Please bear in mind all current Sunday bookings will be honoured.

I also have a big announcement coming in the next few weeks- so stay tuned!

What a great weekend it was supporting Eastern Eyre Football League at Mortlock Shield. A great opportunity to network with the local trainers and staff and be more involved in the community, great work to the lads and everyone involved.

JLP Physio’s biggest supporter came out with me to watch the EEFL matches on Saturday at Cowell and Rudall. Great to see country sports and communities thriving, we will definitely be back to support (and possibly assist!!) in the future
