Been playing around in the gym. I’ve noticed my first step and change of direction while playing footy has been very slow lately. Here’s a few movements I’ve been trying

1. Romanian Deadlift with cable for added resisted hip extension
2. Step-up with cable resistance
3. Lateral hop with added plate resistance

With the Port Lincoln League having a Bye Round (I get to rest my body from the lunchtime league 😆), I will be around the region watching the Eastern Eyre League games this round!

Looking forward to networking with staff, players and supporters, and watching some country footy and netball on a Saturday arvo!

🚨EXCITING ANNOUNCEMENT 🚨

JLP Physiotherapy will be practicing in Cleve 2 days a week!!

Following the Easter Long Weekend, the clinic will open on Sunday afternoons until 6pm and Monday mornings until 12pm.

Get those weekend niggles looked at before the busy work week re-commences 🙌💆💪

Hi All,

I’m excited to announce a pottential trial of the JLP Mobile Wellness Van (well... ute haha) on Central & Eastern Eyre Route this March 🌾
It’s designed for farmers who struggle to get into town and want a real-world physio session on their own property, or for people who struggle to travel to Cleve for treatment!
