It is with heavy hearts that we share with you the passing of our beautiful and loving Husband, Father, Brother, Uncle and friend, Johnny. Loved and loving Husband of Gabby (Married 35 Years).
Much loved and treasured Father and Father-In-Law Thomas and Chevon, Frances and Ben. Loved and adored “Poppy John” to Bobby. John passed peacefully in the early hours of the morning surrounded by his family. His life was a gift and a blessing and we are forever grateful. He was dearly loved by all.

FUNERAL NOTICE: Funeral Prayers for Mr John Thomas Downie will be offered at St Joseph’s Catholic Church, Arundel Street, Benalla on Wednesday 24th June, 2026 commencing at 1.00 pm.

25.09.1941 - 12.06.2026 Aged 84 years.
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, Mary Camillus Higgins. Mary was a loving and devoted mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend whose kindness, strength, and gentle spirit touched the lives of all who knew her. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered by her family and friends.
Forever in our hearts.
Rest in Peace.

Funeral Notice: Prayers for the repose of the soul of Mrs Mary Higgins will be offered at St Peter’s Catholic Parish, Charlotte St, Tocumwal on Friday 19th June 2026, commencing at 1:00pm. The cortege will then leave for the Tocumwal Cemetery.
