Ahhh the Monday Magic returns for some fun in the sun.

Digging, swimming, catching, taking space, connecting, playing and rejuvenating in the warmth of the winter sun. Not sure it gets any better than this ☀️

Grease Monkeys this week was an afternoon spent cruising with some of the most incredible vintage cars.

Bob the Bus also got a couple of compliments, but he did seem to not quite have the horsepower and the defending sound of some of the cars, but he did have more passengers🤗

Such a great afternoon out !

Taking time, leaving the huddle of day to life, letting go of the worries, reducing the noise of the outside world and allowing creativity and mindfulness flow into existence... It's so so beautiful to witness

We were bathed in the most abundance of sunshine today with the Monday Magic.

After a big drop in to our emotional world in our circle today where we talked about how we deal with "tuff" days/moments in our lives, we ironically ended up outside, running around immersed in nature and fresh air with good friends around us . Which was exactly what was mentioned by a few of us in the circle.

A perfect way to soothe the old blues that pop up in our day to day lives
