REGISTERED PRACTICE NURSE OPPORTUNITY (part time) - EXPERIENCE IN GENERAL PRACTICE REQUIRED.

Are you a compassionate and motivated experienced Registered Practice Nurse with a passion for patient-centred care? Medics at Craigieburn is seeking a dedicated Practice Nurse to join our supportive and professional team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a well-established, busy general practice committed to delivering high-quality healthcare in a collaborative environment.

About the Role:
You will work closely with our GPs and administrative team to deliver excellent clinical care and support to our patients.

Your key responsibilities will include:
1-Chronic disease management and health assessments
2-Wound care and immunisations
3-ECGs and pathology collection
4-Iron infusions for patients with chronic iron deficiency
5-24-hour Holter monitor fittings in collaboration with Northside Cardiology
6-Patient education and preventative health support
7-Assisting with minor procedures and treatment room duties
8-Maintaining accurate clinical documentation

About You (requirements ):
1- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
2- Previous general practice experience (Essential, minimum 6 months)
3-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4-Ability to work both independently and within a team
5-Proficiency in Best Practice software is an advantage
6-A positive, proactive approach to patient care
