This slide is from probiotic advisor...probiotics are "good bacteria" that helps to balance the microbes or bugs in your gut...prebiotics feed the good bugs in your gut. When my gut is out of sorts from infection, antibiotics or dietary indulgence, I try to consume 3 different probiotic foods daily until it feels better. Not expensive ones, a good plain yoghurt, fermented veggies & home-made kombucha is one of my combinations...maybe worth a try? (use whatever you have & the simplest to buy or access).
