A few years ago I had a client come to me expressing dissatisfaction with her entire life from her job, career, rships, where she lived, her life, social activities, attitude, behaviours, family, everything!
She felt stuck, helpless, bonded into old ways, traumas, pattern's, held back by memories, beliefs, fears..and felt like she was barely treading water.

she had seen me in my shop for years and thought one day I will...but never did and put it off for years.

So one day she did..tried a session and was sold..we made a commitment to work together and change her life to how she wanted it.

3 years later I am proud to say she's quit that job, sold that house, finally allowed herself to get past a marriage that she'd left but held her back for over 15 years, moved upto the country and opened her own dream business doing what she loves.
She's met new people, made friendships, improved family rships and even finally met a man to have her first rship in an extremely long time!

She's created an entirely new life!
She now has distance healing sessions when she feels she needs them being hrs away. And look nobody's perfect so of course there's still things that trigger from time to time but all in all I had to remind her other day just how far she's come.
Because we all forget, don't we, just what we've worked through, how much we've changed from that old life, old version of us, to step up, evolve, become better better best versions of ourselves 😇
The work on ourselves never stops, and if it does you're just kidding yourself i believe, dissociated from life and self, which is all the more reason to get back on it!
