Sacred Valley, Peru!
Started with a 5 day Salkantrey Trek to Macchu Picchu, probably one of the most physically challenging things I've done. Very high altitude, hours of hiking up mountains and more hours down on ankle breaking rocks.

Finally arriving in the Sacred Valley for a week of teachings and ceremony in Sacred sites with our Paqos, our shaman teachers for the week.
Some of the sites includes Luna Temple and 3 lakes. We even got random, rare snowfall one day in the mountain, and lots of it!

So humbling being in the presence of these beautiful beings, the way they connect with the Earth, Pachamama, and all things born of the Earth. They exist purely in their hearts. True care takers of the land. It reminds you of how disconnected we have become but their wisdom and love lives on and I'm so grateful for their work to teach us all to home to our hearts.

Last day here, I'm very sad to leave but I know I'll be back. The connection I have to the Apus, the mountains here go way back, it was like a home coming.

One big take away that i encourage all to weave into their lives is to do something for your spiritual path, if not each day, then each week to connect to the Earth, your heart, your soul in the morning before you start your day. Make it a little ceremony, only needs to be a few minutes, but spend a moment to connect, within and to all there is.
There are so many ways to create ceremony, this is grounding, brings you home to your heart and the present moment.

I'm away in Peru, trekking and spending time in the Sacred Valley, receiving teachings from the Shamans. This is a trip I've yearned for for a long long time, can't believe it's actually here.

Many years of dedication and spiritual challenges lay behind the successful outcomes and all you get to experience in my sessions.

I never gave up, even though at times to truly understand, channel, translate, make mistakes at my own detriment, I had moments of defeat, but something in me burned alive, knowing I would master all that is being asked of me. To truly understand the multi dimensional realms that I had to master to free our souls of the burdens we carry from our ancestors, past lives and in between worlds.

Yes, our childhood traumas trigger negative responses and can limit our beliefs, but what lies behind that is much much bigger.

The thing is, these triggers are in the past, stored in our physical bodies and energy centre's, but,

Spiritual and ancestral conflict is still active and the implications of unresolved wrong doing to other beings can cause a soul to be continously manipulated from the unseen realms.

If you have tried everything and life is still the same then you could be experiencing spiritual and ancestral conflict and entity interference. Especially if your parents didn't experience a happy relationship or have a happy past themselves.

Stored traumas, emotions, programs are also addressed along with addressing and clearing the spiritual conflict, karma and consequences.

We are still very much in the energies of the 7/7 portal, a time of greater manifestation, connection, spiritual awareness and intuition.

During this portal energy, we are assisted by the alignment of the Earth and the star Sirius, our spiritual Sun, transmitting high frequency stellar codes to Earth, creating greater awareness and expanded consciousness.

During this time we are able to connect more outside of ourselves, identifying that we are more than our thoughts and mind.

As a little practice, drop into stillness and notice that your thoughts may be more expanded. Connect to the Sun and it's cosmic Ray's, creating an even greater awareness. Expand your attention outside of time and space, beyond the realms of your physical self, acknowledging that you are pure consciousness. You may connect to guides fom higher realms. This enables us to move beyond the perpetual thoughts of our current life, knowing we are much greater than our limiting thoughts and beliefs.

Acknowledge your true soul's identity and it's magnificence and connection to the cosmos and all that there is. Moving beyond the limits of what you can achieve, knowing you are so much more than you believe you are. Bring any dreams and goals closer, asking for guidance and visualise your dreams coming into fruition. What would that feel like? Anchor within your being any positive feelings and emotions around achieving that goal.

Notice what you're noticing during this time as we can access greater clarification around certain matters. Allow yourself to pause where your attention is as there may be a message for you. What do you notice, have your thoughts shifted around that. What is your subconscious bringing to your attention. Is there an action required, or can you let it go?

Not all my clients will be aware that I am a remedial massage therapist as I have been practicing as a Kinesiologist and spiritual healer mainly for the last 10 years, but now I am offering this modality once again

I came to Australia in 2005 to study for my diploma of remedial massage so have been a massage therapist for 20years.

In my treatments I offer deep tissue, trigger point releases, fascia release cupping and static cupping.

I also offer a relaxing, nervous system massage with essential oils and Reiki.

Hot stones are available in the cooler months.

When your system is overwhelmed or you're feeling anxious and stressed, one of the most quick, free and instant healing things you can do to release the stress and return to homeostasis and peace is to sit by a large tree.

A natural scientific occurrence happens when you sit by a tree. Airborne chemicals are released by trees to protect themselves that have a positive impact on humans, reducing cortisol and lowering blood pressure.

I recommend sitting on the great roots as close as possible and breathe slowly taking in the surrounds and listening to nature around you. Imagine the tree absorbing and transmuting all the energy that you need to release. Within a few breaths you will already feel a shift. All these planets moving direct can create a feeling of overwhelm. All aspects of your life are highlighted and on fire, you don't know where to direct your energy.

Don't waste this powerful time, find the stillness and feel into what is the most important action for you. Go for what you have been dreaming of, this is the time, it's a portal of creation to put in place the cogs needed for your momentum.

You may have energy for so many things but be ruthless on what you focus on. Do one thing at a time until complete.
