It’s wild to think about the past year.

A little dream turned into reality.

We’ve seen so much movement from our community. One member has visited SOUL 139 times in the past year alone, incredible.

Tys and I couldn’t be more grateful. Thank you for your support, for showing up, for chasing your goals, and for being downright legends.

In just one year, SOUL has become so much more than a gym. We’ve been lucky enough to welcome allied health professionals and other incredible local businesses into the space, helping make health, wellness and support more accessible right here in Cummins.

And the best part?

We’re only just getting started.

We’ve got some really exciting things to come. 🤎

After-School Sessions

We are passionate about building healthy habits. Our after-school program is designed for kids aged 10-16 focusing on health, confidence & strength in a fun and supportive environment.

Through guided movement, strength-based activities and teamwork, kids will:

✨Build a strong foundation of fitness
✨Develop confidence in themselves and their abilities
✨Learn the importance of looking after their health
✨Enjoy being with friends while being active

Each session is led by PT Hayley Fitzgerald & Hannah Mickan.

📅 4-week program
