“What my role feels like…” and Deepa absolutely nailed it.

From roster changes and service agreements to transport, incidents, and that “just one quick thing”… Service Coordination is a constant juggle of people, priorities, and problem solving.

Not just a coordinator. A planner, a listener, a connector, and the steady support behind every participant journey.

And yes… the coffee never stands a chance

Ever wondered what being a Service Coordinator really feels like?

This AI generated image of Shankar from our Darwin office aka 'air traffic control tower' sums it up best. Balancing participants, rosters, incidents, compliance, funding, documentation, and everything in between… all at once.

Behind every smooth service is a Coordinator working hard to keep it all in the air.

We see you, we appreciate you💙.

Image Description: An AI produced meme of a male service coordinator as an air traffic controller in the control tower holding up multiple spinning plates labeled with tasks such as 'participants', 'documentation', 'incidents' etc.

Respect, choice and control don’t stop with supports. They extend to how people are represented.

We don’t frequently share images of participants, because many tell us they prefer not to have their images used for marketing, and we respect that decision every time.

When we do feature participants, it is always with explicit consent and a clear understanding of how their image will be used.

Permissions and privacy are not optional. They are fundamental.
