Our qualified breastfeeding counsellors and community educators are volunteers trained in breastfeeding education, who volunteer their skills and time to support families through the many free services ABA provides as a not-for-profit organisation. ABA local group meetups, the National Breastfeeding Helpline 1800 686 268, ABA LiveChat, the mum2mum app, breastfeeding.asn.au, the podcast 'Breastfeeding ... with ABA' and our social media groups are some of our free services. Other services provided by ABA’s volunteers include breast pump hire, our Breastfeeding Preparation Session antenatal breastfeeding education webinars, health professional seminars and more. Membership helps ABA maintain and provide first-class breastfeeding and parenting support services. Additional resources are provided to members to support them with their babies and mothering.
