Back from school drop-off and straight into packing a local order 💚

Good news: our Lean Whey Protein (Chocolate + Salted Caramel) and 100% Bovine Collagen left the QLD warehouse today and are officially on their way to us here in Tassie. ✈️

We’re so grateful for your patience (and all the messages checking in) — we’ll let you know the minute they land and are ready to go.

Creatine + more Hydration Formula are coming in a separate shipment too; we’re just waiting on final supplier confirmation and we’ll keep you posted as soon as we know more. 🙌

Hot chocolate and chill ☕️
Creamy, protein-rich, and perfect winter vibes 🤎

Boasting ~44g protein per serve — cosy comfort that helps you hit your protein on cold Tassie days 💪🏼

Recipe:
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 2 tsp gelatine powder
- 1 scoop TW Bovine Collagen or TW Choc Whey + Collagen
(Around 30g)
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- Dash of vanilla

Thermomix: 4 min / 80°C / Speed 4
Then froth: 20 sec / Speed 8

Real life's been full on, but we're back. Our TW Lean Whey (Vanilla) + Collagen Hydration & Recovery are shipping from QLD today and landing with us next week. More lines coming soon—we'll update you once they're confirmed.

Running two businesses, raising five kids, and learning as we go isn't always smooth—we've had some stock gaps and we're sorry for that. Manufacturing delays have added to the challenge, and balancing margins while keeping things real is tricky, but we're committed to getting it right. Once these lines are back in, we're hoping for steadier flow and better availability for you.

We’ve been a bit quiet because family life + Bootcamp has been full-on, but we’re still here behind the scenes every day. 💪🏼🏡

Forgot “dessert”… this choc mousse is basically breakfast 😅🍫

Protein-rich, super easy, and a healthier take on mousse — I legit ate it this morning because I forgot I made it yesterday (no regrets) 🙋‍♀️

Chocolate Mousse Jars
- 1 cup yoghurt (I use Chobani Greek Vanilla Protein)
- 1 scoop Tassie Wellness Vanilla Casein
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp maple syrup (adjust to your liking)
- 1 tbsp gelatine dissolved in 1/2 cup water
Blend it all up, pour into jars, then chill in the fridge until set.

Naturally high in B2 + B12, plus calcium, minerals, and protein — and it packs a massive 26.7g protein per serve 💪
