Keep watching to optimise my work laptop ergonomics ✍🏻✍🏻

These are the main changes I make to suit my needs as well as prioritise optimising my space to reduce stiffness from sedentary work:

🪑CHAIRS🪑 need to be at the correct height and supportive enough
🖥️LAPTOP/MONITORS🖥️ need to be level with your eyes so you aren't looking down
⌨️KEYBOARD/MOUSE🖱️need to be close enough to you. Depending on your needs you may also want to look at ergonomic versions
