We're so good at waiting.

Waiting for life to settle down.

Waiting until work feels less busy.

Waiting until everyone else needs us a little less.

Waiting until it feels like the "right time."

The thing is...

Life rarely creates that space for us.

Most of the time, we have to choose it.

Not because everything else is finished.
Because we matter too.

That's what Women's Circle has always been about for me.
Not escaping life.
Returning to yourself within it.

A couple of hours where you don't need to hold everything together.
Where you can breathe a little deeper.
Listen a little more closely.

And remember the woman underneath all the roles you carry every day.

This Thursday, a new Winter Women's Circle begins.
If it feels like your season to stop waiting, I'd love to welcome you. 🤍

Why a Circle series instead of a one-off gathering?

It’s a question I’ve been asked a few times recently.

The simple answer?

Trust takes time.

The first time we gather, most women arrive carrying a little uncertainty.

They wonder who’ll be there.

Whether they’ll fit in.

If they’ll know what to say.

Or if they’ll say anything at all.

And that’s completely natural.

By the second gathering, shoulders soften and names become familiar.

The room feels a little less unknown.

By the third…

Something shifts.

The conversations become deeper.

The laughter comes more easily.

The silence feels comfortable.

Women stop wondering if they belong, they know they do.

That’s the beauty of returning.

It’s not that every circle follows the same theme. It’s because each gathering gently builds on the last.

Over time, something beautiful happens.

A group of women form a community.

A room of strangers becomes a place where you can arrive exactly as you are.

That’s why I chose a five-session journey this winter.

Because the most meaningful transformations rarely happen in a single conversation.

They happen when women are given the time, the safety and the permission to keep coming back.

It’s never really about the tea. (Although there’s always tea!)

Or the journals.

Or the meditation.

Or the sound of birds outside.

Those things simply help create the space.

What stays with me are the moments in between.

The moment someone realises they’re not the only one carrying what they’ve been carrying.

The quiet nod from across the circle that says, “Ah me too.”

The laughter that comes after tears.

The shoulders that seem to soften as the morning unfolds.

The gentle reminder that you don’t have to have everything figured out before you walk through the door.

Women often ask me, “What happens at Circle?”

The truth is…

Something a little different happens every time.

Because every group of women bring their own stories, wisdom and their own season of life.

What never changes is how women leave.

A little calmer. A little lighter.

A little more connected to themselves than when they arrived.

And perhaps that’s enough.

Sometimes the women who need Circle the most are the ones who almost don't come.

Not because they don't want to.

It's because life already feels too full.

They tell themselves they'll come when things settle down.

When work isn't so busy.
When the kids need them less.
When their parents aren't relying on them.
When they're feeling more like themselves again.

The trouble is, life rarely hands us these perfect moments.

There will always be washing.
Emails.
Meals to cook.
People to care for.

What I've noticed over the years, is that the women who walk through the door often say the same thing.

"I nearly didn't come today."

And almost every time they leave saying, 'I'm so glad I did."

Not because Circle changes their life in two hours.

Because for two hours ... they remember themselves
They breathe a little deeper.
They laugh.
They realise they're not carrying it all alone.

Sometimes that's enough to change the way the rest of the week feels.

If you've been waiting for the right moment to you give yourself permission to pause, make this is your reminder that you don't have to wait.

Sometimes the rights space finds you before you’ve gone looking for it.

When I said goodbye to the space that’s held so many Women's Circles over the years, I didn't know exactly where the next one would be.

I wasn't looking to replace it. I was simply trusting the next chapter would unfold in its own time.

Then something unexpected happened.

The owner of Wine Country Retreat has attended my circles in the past and hosted some of my workshops. When she heard I was closing one chapter, she reached out and offered me a beautiful place to continue gathering women.

When I visited, I knew.

Nestled amongst the trees is a peaceful glamping space that has been transformed into a beautiful room for gathering. It overlooks the dam, opens onto a deck, and sits beside a fire pit. It’s tucked away from the busyness of life, yet close enough to feel easy to reach.

It feels quiet.

Grounded.

Like it has been waiting for women to arrive.

This winter I'll be opening a new five-session Women's Circle, beginning Thursday 30 July.

We'll gather every second Thursday from 10am-12pm, creating a gentle rhythm of slowing down, reconnecting and giving your nervous system space to settle through the quieter months.

This isn't a workshop to attend once and tick off the list.

It's a space to return to.
A place where you don't have to arrive with the right words.
Only a willingness to show up exactly as you are.

If you've been feeling the pull to slow down, reconnect with yourself and be held in the company of other women, I'd love to hold a place for you.

Some places become part of your story.

There are certain moments that stay with you.

The steaming mugs of tea on the table.

The bird chatter filling the quiet between conversations.

Someone laughing through tears after saying, "I've never told anyone that before."

Women arriving as strangers and feeling a little less alone.

That’s what I’ll remember most and why this peaceful place will always hold a special place in my heart.

However, it’s not the only place I've ever held circle.

And maybe that's why this next chapter feels so right.

I'm not trying to recreate what was.

I'm simply carrying the heart of Circle into a new season.

Circle lives in the women who gather.
In the conversations we have.
In the courage it takes to show up exactly as we are.

And while this chapter has closed, Circle hasn't. I’ll be sharing more about what’s next very soon.

To every woman who has trusted me to hold space over the years...Thank you.

You've shaped this journey more than you'll ever know. 💙

The trees heard every story.

They stood quietly through every season while women gathered beneath them to laugh, cry, reflect and remember who they were.

That balcony became so much more than a place to meet.

It became a place to exhale.

As this beautiful space begins a new chapter, I'm simply feeling grateful - for the women who filled it, for the conversations it witnessed and for the gentle way nature held us all.

We may be leaving this property, this balcony, but Circle has never been about the location.

It's always been about creating a place where women feel safe enough to come home to themselves.

And that is something we'll carry into wherever Circle gathers next.

Thank you for holding us so beautifully. You'll always be part of the story.

If you're new here... welcome.

For a long time, I carried a quiet knowing that something had changed.

From the outside, life looked full.
A career.
A family.
A home.
Responsibilities that seemed to grow with every passing year.

Underneath it all was a feeling I couldn't quite explain.

I wasn't falling apart.
I wasn't unhappy.
I simply knew I'd drifted away from myself.

Maybe you know that feeling too.

The feeling that you've spent so long looking after everyone else that you've forgotten what it feels like to hear your own voice.

The feeling that you're keeping everything moving while quietly wondering,
"When did I become this version of me?"

I started paying attention to that quiet knowing. And little by little, I found my way back to myself.

Today, I create gentle spaces where women can finally exhale.

Through women's circles, retreats, workplace wellbeing experiences and mindfulness in nature, I invite women to slow down, reconnect with themselves and experience the relief that comes when they no longer have to carry everything on their own.

Because sometimes we don't need another strategy or another thing to add to the to-do list.

We simply need space.
Space to breathe.
Space to soften.
To remember ourselves again.

I'm so glad you've found your way here.
