It's Virgo season.

There was this one special morning during Wananga when dear sister Maree drove us to the beach...the long way!
Everytime we drove we took the roads less travelled. It became a little cosmic joke. The play of each journey gifting us as much time as we needed. Wonderful moments of connected conversation getting to know a new friend, before arriving at our destination. (Sometimes we even arrived where we intended to go!)
This morning Maree and I sang to the see and the wind, and our creature friends came to join us.
It felt like magic I was so honored to have the birds come to sing with us.
However after our morning walk as we looped back up the track towards our singing spot, I realised the Magpie were local. Every day they sing to the sun and the sea.
And that perhaps it was us that had come to sing with them.
It had been a privileged moment to enter their country to sing together.

The physical form is not veiwed as separate from mind or soul it is an ally for your souls experience. Much like the placenta which carried you into this life, your body now supports your journey through this time.

Yet how often do we criticize or complain about our physicality?
How our bodies look, feel or move.

How often do you 'will the body into submission'?
How often do you ask it to wait, to wait to p*e, or to sit down?
How often do you withhold hydration, nourishment or rest?
How often do you force your body with 10 more minutes of netflix, or another helping of food?

If you veiwed your body as a dear friend would you ask them to stand when they clearly needed to sit? Or to eat when they were already full. To stay up late when they truly need a good nights sleep?

Your body holds wisdom, story, knowing, survival and safety.
