One of my favourite parts of Emotions & Metaphysical Kinesiology is creating a powerful goal or affirmation with my client to centre the session around.
This is designed to reflect how you ideally want to be by encapsulating your desired feeling state and balancing the energy around this in your body, mind and spirit; which is paramount to your wellbeing.
I have always loved writing, and the process of weaving words into a special personalised affirmation is akin to shaping clay on the pottery wheel for me. It's very important to me to get it just right, and we both always know when it is by the way it lands when read aloud.
The aim is to reduce the stress on the goal for you by the end of the session. In most of my sessions, the stress on the goal starts at 10 and ends at 0, which is always amazing to experience.
As they say, words are like spells and I always handwrite this for my clients to take home and continue working with in the days, weeks or even months after. Whether it's saying this each morning or night before bed, or placing it underneath your glass or drink bottle to infuse it's magic into your water, so it may continue to support you as you integrate all that unfolded.
