Following on from my post yesterday…..

My lovely new client that I saw yesterday was taking a whole lot of supplements but they were just not the right ones for her body..

✅Know that you are taking a good product with no extra flavours, additives, crap ingredients….

Eg Creatine is an amazing ingredient to be taking for brain health and muscle growth and recovery but this product contained strawberry flavours which was a problem for my client as I suspect she is having issues with histamines , which are high in strawberries.
