🌿 Passionate about Yoga and Ayurveda! πŸ§˜β€β™€οΈ After years of practice and healing, I became a yoga teacher and have completed my Diploma in Traditional Ayurveda with the hope to empower others to find balance and wellness in their lives naturally. πŸ’–βœ¨ After my daughter left home, I embraced the opportunity to deepen my knowledge and became a certified yoga teacher. Facing my own health challenges and

body injuries led me to discover the transformative power of Ayurveda. For the past two years, I've been living an Ayurvedic lifestyle, which has enriched my well-being and connection to myself by empowering me to know what my body needs and doesn't need. Excited to share my passion, I’m currently studying to become an Ayurvedic Lifestyle consultant and will be working as a student practitioner in 2025. I’m so thrilled to announce that Wednesday evening yoga classes are returning in a brand new space… my home! There’s something really special about practising in a warm, welcoming environment, and I can’t wait to share it with you.
