We can’t believe we have been flowing together at the studio for three whole years! 🥹 We wanted to do something a little different this year so we have decided to throw a TSE Block Party! We are bringing the vibes, the snacks, cake (obviously), some epic mindful intentional thingssss (I don’t want to give it all away just yet). Imagine your ideal night out, but add a mindful, spiritual twist, and grab a piece of nose tape on your way out the door... because 1. We don’t party like we used to (thank god lolz) and 2. We are waking up fresh for vinyasa/the weekend!
