Did you know? 🌱
Different colours in vegetables come from natural plant compounds called phytonutrients. Each colour offers something unique. For example, orange and yellow veggies contain carotenoids that support everyday cellular health, while deep reds and purples are rich in antioxidants that help the body manage natural oxidative processes.
🌈 So, use your creativity for this one - the more colour the better!

Parenting can be a surprising new load on the body - lifting kids, carrying bags, bending for bath time, twisting into car seats, and doing it all on repeat.

Functional strength exercises help your body adapt to these everyday movements so you can move with more ease, stability, and confidence through the chaos of family life.

If you're a parent needing a little extra support, you can book an appointment with our Physiotherapist online 🌱

Introducing Homeopathy at Exmouth Wellness Centre 🌿

We’re excited to welcome Ly-Hoa Pradines to the EWC community!

Ly-Hoa is a Franco-Australian Homeopath whose journey through many years of travel, self-discovery, motherhood and exploring different healing modalities ultimately led her to Homeopathic Medicine.

Her approach is deeply individualised. She draws from different styles of Homeopathy, recognising that every person and every case is unique - there is no one-size-fits-all approach to supporting wellbeing.

Ly-Hoa works with a wide range of presentations, including children’s health, women’s and men’s health, chronic fatigue, emotional wellbeing, skin concerns, gout, Lyme presentations, mould toxicity, and support alongside conventional cancer treatment and medical injury.

We’re so excited to build this collaboration and make Ly-Hoa’s work available to our Exmouth community. 💚

🌿 To learn more or book an appointment, head directly to Ly-Hoa’s website.

Note: Homeopathy is a complementary approach and should not replace appropriate medical diagnosis or treatment.

The diaphragm is a dome‑shaped structure that needs to move up and down smoothly with every breath. Diaphragm mobility refers to how freely it can contract, descend, relax, and rise again during the breathing cycle, as when that movement is restricted the whole system has to work harder.

Ways to support your diaphragm:
- Slow, longer exhales
- Side‑lying rib expansion work
- Relaxed walking or rhythmic movement
